Justin Brook
Co-founder Justin Brook has extensive experience working at Ernst & Young and being the Managing Principal at a mid-tier accounting firm in his previous role.
Throughout his career, Justin has assisted clients in defining their most complex obstacles and building long-lasting strategies.
Justin brings practical experience gained from being a Managing Principal. He was responsible for the management of the overall business across a number of offices which involved strategic planning, risk management, client, staff and financial management, plus liaison with key stakeholders. Successfully growing a number of businesses, combined with his strategic leadership experience, gives Justin the ability to help clients achieve success in their own organisations with practical business tools, strategies and insights that have already been proven to get results.
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Accountant Australia & New Zealand, a Registered Company Auditor with ASIC, and appointed to numerous Boards and Committees.
Justin devotes his spare time to his family, maintaining an active lifestyle, and volunteering in the community.

Rochelle Wrigglesworth
Co-founder Rochelle Wrigglesworth brings significant financial, audit and risk management experience after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers and being a business Principal in her previous role at a mid-tier accounting firm for many years.
Rochelle is a results-oriented expert which aims to help her clients achieve their strategic goals. Having successfully grown businesses, Rochelle knows what is required to achieve success, appreciates the challenges and helps implement the steps to overcome obstacles. Clients also benefit from her hands on, practical experience gained from working in commercial positions, including financial controller, financial management, project management and group accountant roles.
Rochelle is a public sector board director, held the role of Chair of the Committee for Gippsland and is an independent member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Royal Botanical Gardens Victoria.
She is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Accountant in Australia & New Zealand, and a Registered Company Auditor with ASIC.
Rochelle loves spending her spare time with family, gardening, walking and enjoys art.
